Important Note: Every entry must be submitted online. Certain categories also require a mail-in component.

If you entered FOLIO:’s Eddie and Ozzie Awards in past years, do not create a new profile and username. You should enter as a “Returning User”. The entry system will recognize your email address.

Part I - Submit your entry online

   Step 1:  New Users: Create your account. Returning Users: Login to the entry portal.

   Step 2:  Select the Category you wish to enter

   Step 3:  Submit magazine details (title, publication date, article title) for each entry.

   Step 4:  Upload electronic artwork for each entry.

   Step 5:  Pay entry fee.

   Step 6:  Print Shipping ticket. (does not apply to all categories, see below**)

Part II- Mail-in your entry. (does not apply to all categories, see below**)

   Step 1:  Print (3) copies of your Shipping Ticket which is automatically generated upon payment
                of entry fees.

   Step 2:  Attach a Shipping Ticket to (3) identical hard copies of the nominated magazine.

   Step 3:  Mail in these (3) copies of each entry (with Shipping Tickets attached) to the FOLIO:
                headquarters. Follow the shipment instructions listed on Shipping Ticket.
